Key Responsibilities:
- The ability to scope projects involving Azure SharePoint, and server 2022 – 2019 working closely with the sales team.
- Management and support of existing Microsoft 365 & Azure environments.
- Configuration and maintenance of Remote Desktop and Azure Virtual Desktop environments.
- Implementing new solutions, upgrades, and continual service improvements working with 3rd parties and colleagues from other teams and raising change requests when required.
- Working with multiple technologies and getting hands on experience with them
- Have the technical knowledge to make recommendations to clients, suggesting genuine system improvements and upgrades.
Attributes, Requirements, Skills:
- Networking – Worked with Firewalls, Switches, vLANs, routers and have troubleshooting experience with including firewall upgrades, understanding networking concepts, setting up and diagnosing problems with firewalls and setting up new rules
- Office 365 – Worked with additional applications – SharePoint/Teams
- Azure Active Directory
- Advanced understanding and troubleshooting of Microsoft 365 including SharePoint.
- Good understanding and working knowledge of SSL Certificates & DNS records.
- Fully proficient with Windows, Virtualisation (Hyper-V/VMWare), Active Directory
